I’m a woman but yet I’m discriminated against all the time why? i don’t know and they won’t tell me?i have reached out to the law.zero
i worked for a hospital for 20 plus yrs and was with harassment at the end by my supervisor constantly even when i told them i was doing nothing wrong and had sickly family issues that were in need of my attention in which i might have to take sick leave.and i just wanted to do my job and leave it didn’t matter. i contacted the union and they agreed i was in the right and this was personal with this supervisor with that i was let go 20 yr done i then requested unemployment and was denied? then worked for home health agency, worked 5 yrs. then was questioned by clients family in which i thought they were in communication with my bosses only to find they weren’t and after i sent a e-mail in large print because i don’t do small print explaining issues a misunderstandings was taken place. i asked to be resigned from the client that couldn’t understand English they being Russian/polish- well the company let me go and refused me unemployment from that job as well. what is this we work for people and then when we need help we are refused? not only was i wrongfully let go no one wants any thing or have any thing to do with me . i have never broke the law or ever treated anyone like i am being treated i have been cheated from my hard work retirement in future and no one wants to hire me ? i am being denied my civil rights and i am still young and want to live my family was destroyed why? i hope some one does read my words and understands the hurt that is there and helps people like me.
