I can work with you to find a good interview time though I will interview others in the meantime and you might not get interviewed at all.  For my part I&#039;m simply looking to speed up the hiring process and don&#039;t judge you based on your schedule or appearing too available. I know many applicants are anxious.
I like it best when you know what you want and what your limits are, and something about my company before you apply. 
Also I like it when you bring your truest self to the interview - your humor, confidence, even your fears. I&#039;m not looking for a perfect person, I&#039;m looking for a great fit between us, and I hate it when I hire you only to find later that you are substantially different than I thought. I go into the relationship caring about you and it breaks my heart to have to let you go based on a poor fit. After all, I&#039;m looking for a long-term, mutually satisfying relationship.</description>
