I feel it is downright ridiculous for any company to have a no dating policy in the first place, because it's going to happen anyway. I remember Wal-Mart being sued over this one, aa yet I have no knowledge of how it turned out. It's been happening for years, and my own parents met through work. I don't always buy the notion that having a relationship with a coworker can be distracting; I believe it depends on the maturity level of those involved. After all, many married couples run successful businesses together. It may get sticky if it's a supervisor/subordinate relationship, but do not believe that it is insurmountable. Again, it depends on the maturity level of those involved. Anyhow, wasn't modern technology supposed to give us so much more leisure time?
