Very well said here.  In some ways I believe that we have achieved a fair share of gender equality, but the fight isn&#039;t over yet.  Many seem to have rebelled against the idea of being, for example, coffee makers and servers.  

On this Labor Day I would like to see a broader movement to encourage more states to adopt META, which would give those without union or other organizational backing greater leverage against questionable termination practices.  I would also like to know what I can do to further dedication to this cause I believe in order to produce excellent results.  Right now the axis seems to be tilted much to heavily in favor of the employer.</description>
