I usually NEVER leave comments on blogs but I felt I had to because this is a subject very close to my heart. In 2006 I weighed in at a little over 210 pounds and being a 5ft female you could say I was on the obese side to say the least. My mom kept pushing me to lose weight but I always gave the same excuses. I think my main problem was due to lack of confidance, partly brought on by my size. It was like a vicious circle for me. I was depressed because I was too fat' so I ate to comfort myself. Don't get me wrong, I had tried dieting on many occasions but the slow progress made me lose patiance and so I started eating again. My longest diet lasted about 3 weeks. I came accross the fat burning furnace at the beginning of 2010 and I bought it on a whim because I'd pretty much given up on dieting and all those lose weight fast' schemes on the Internet. After a few weeks on the plan I discovered that I actually lost 12 pounds. This gave me the motivation I needed to really put the plan through it's paces. It's almost a year of being on the fat burning furnace and I am pleased to announce that I am now a size 10 and loving every minute of it. I have so much confidance now and I feel I have been given a new lease of life. I even found a new partner (a complete hunk) who proposed to me over the holidays. Please please please don't wait any longer to change your life. I wasted years of yo yo dieting. I'm so glad I managed to turn my life around. Happy New Year to you all. Jo x

How is it that an individuals right to sue, in private civil litigation

for workplace rape

goes to a panel of arbitrators?

I have been in Federal Court for two years, trying to convince someone that felony rape in the workplace is a crime under federal law

I even filed the U.S.Code that states it is a crime in a Civil proceeding

The Judge states in orders that felony rape in the workplace is "no crime" under federal law

He stated that I should receive
"back wages"'

for four months of being drugged, raped, they made porno films

then, they let me go

I got out alive anyway
They were going to kill me, rather than let him go to prison

He is not making money for them if he is in prison

He raped more than a dozen women before me

and the only reason that this is working for him

he rapes in the workplace

Why would you have to "litigate" that?

Sexual Assault in the workplace is a crime in a civil proceeding

The Federal Court that I am in does not think so,

basically,

they let them rape women in the workplace now

then, you go find another job

he rapes women, sells real estate
then, he likes to play golf

They told me that I am "contract labor"

What happened to my private suit rights???

I hope they did not go to "arbitration"

I am sure that is why he rapes in the workplace

The federal government gets paid
for every women he rapes

arbitrators get paid
EEOC investigators get paid
Federal Court people get paid

to make sure that Corporations are not held liable

for raping women

in the workplace

in America

That is what arbitration is for

When is it against the law to rape a woman in the workplace??

I have been working this case for four years.

He raped dozens of women before me
in the workplace, in America

He does not even have a record
the Corporate Attorneys get all that
the evidence, they pull the records

Lots of Federal Government people get paid

to defend the rapist
and the Corporations

Then the arbitrators find reasons, not to pay the women
