		<description>You are just another misinformed lib. Free Trade Encourages foreign investment and development which is important for all of the underdeveloped Latin American countries. ISI and other attempts at isolationist policies have greatly failed and are a major reason why Latin America is underdeveloped. Maybe when something like ISI destroys economies we should try the complete opposite.</description>
