		<description>49 of the fifty states guarantee a jury trial in civil matters in their constitutions as does the 7th Amendment to the US Constitution. 

The politicians and judges who instituted and uphold binding arbitration are traitors and should be considered as such by every American. The violation of right cannot be more clear and the treason of that violation more self-evident.

This is one of many betrayals as both political parties and the courts move our individual rights away from us to corporate America and replace our republic with national socialism as it existed in Europe sixty-five years ago.</description>
