Great piece Paul. 77 cents to the dollar is still an issue that we can't forget about. I keep sensing that young women forget to think about this as an issue b/c their educational careers as of late make the world out to be such a meritocracy. Unfortunately, many find the work place to be a disappointment because there isn't that same system in place and hard work doesn't always equal high pay; in fact it is systematically not the case.
