Asshole are everywhere and they act as little "Napoleons" in their own domain and always used the BOSS as the axe to go around humiliating people and do things not accordingly to norms and standard practices.<br/>If these assholes really own their companies, most likely will crumble in no time.

Sutton's comments are an inspiration for me. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint of sexual harassment on my employer, a casino in Las Vegas. There is a current of "Assholiness" that is deep enough to swim in as far as sexual tension is concerned, and right now I am being a "whistleblower" on the company. I now more than ever resolve to make an asshole-free environment my right and responsibility. Thank you for your message!

What happens when the man in charge and 2nd in command are both assholes and any employee that has been there longer than them are ignored? Any tips on how to handle a new management with no regard for history or employees in charge of certain tasks?

I am allergic to perfume. Twice the ED asked people on my behalf to wear as little perfume as possible. They continued to wear lots. Yesterday it was awful. I formally asked the ED for a ban on perfume in our office, based on noncompliance in the past. He asked folks not to wear perfume due to my allergy. Both women wore perfume today and one stated she didn't believe he has the right to have her not wear perfume. Do I have the right to a perfume-free atmosphere in the office?
