		<description>this article is so true.  i know a handful of &#039;exteme&#039; workers, however, the majority of the people i know and talk to prefer to make less money and have more time for family and friends.  i hope that sooner than later we (USA) starts to focus more on work-life balance and realizes how damaging it is to be an extreme worker.  it would be nice to incorporate some work-life balance structure from europe, south america...pretty much anywhere else in the world.</description>
